help please with cycle questions ..
first cycle
ok my main question is this:
does Anastrozol come in a yellow square pill stamped BP on it.
and if so how many mg is it??
WEEKS 1- 6: Danabol 30mg Every Day
WEEKS 1- 8: Nandrolona D 400mg Per Week
WEEKS 1- 8: Testosterone Cypionate 750mg Per Week
WEEKS 1-10: Anastrozol 0.25mg Every Day
WEEKS 1-10: Pregnyl (HCG ) 300-500iu Every 4-5 Days
WEEK 11: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 12: 30mg Nolva/50mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 13: 20mg Nolva/50mg Clomid Every Day
i cannot find anywhere that anastrozole comes in a yellow pill.
please help so i can get on with this. i can take a pic of it and email if someone can identify .
my trainer swears it is anastrosole but i have to be sure .
i have no body fat like less than 12% body fat my trainer tells me i do not need cardio just work out and eat and do this supplements package ..

well i found this so i they are the right pill ..

they have the same yellow pill as me with bp on it labeled as Anastrozol so i gonna go with it ..
so since i am a newb does anyone have any advice for me looking at this ??

If this is your first cycle , I suggest you do research on these forums .
The cycle you laid out is way advanced and a recipe for injury .

i was working out with my personal trainer i had gotten and he recommend me this supplement package ..
he told me this supplements will work very well .

PCT is post cycle therapy . You covered it with clomid and nolvadex
I imagine this is a good cycle for a seasoned vet . Other than being to short .
You are underweight . There is potential to grow without steroids .
At your age , I can see a muscle tear or strain easily .
Imagine huge increase in strength and weight every week . Tendons have not been stressed this much before . Then imagine your heart with extra weight and pressure in a short amount of time . I can not express enough how dangerous this can be .
I suggest checking out the forty plus section .
This is reason I don't recommend personal trainers .

i have been eating a lot more and drinking two three shakes or day ..
i haven't weighed myself in months i might weigh a lot more ..
i probably gained some i know my arms gained a half inch in each arm in just one month when i was training with my trainer ..
so u are telling me do everything except the danabol and nadrolona .
well if i don't do them what do i do with them ??
i was only gonna do this supplement package once .
yeah i do not know a lot i am doing what my trainer suggest me to do ..
the anastrozole is the AI??
there is some nolva and some clomid in there too ..
my trainer told me do exactly as instructions because it is a cycle .

because i was going to do all of them ..
you know what my trainer told me this was supplements package ..

PLEASE listen to what Hawaiian Pride has told you. Sorry but your personal trainer is an IDIOT!!! Really he is; but it's typical. Most trainers dont know jack. Most dont even know how to train properly or know only one way to train.
Please stick around listen and learn. OMG there is SO much more to it than eating a lot. LOL Once you learn what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat it will make a world of difference.
Dont even bother trying to talk to your personal trainer about it. He will only argue and try to convince you different. He is in it for the $$$$ no matter what he tells you even if he said he is making NO profit. Yeah right...
What do WE have to gain from telling you this? Only to help educate one more person properly so that are not injured and then blame steroids ...
You can do this safely. You can take AAS safely but you are not ready for them for many reasons and the benefits would only be minimal and temporary at this point.
