im new to this...in general. ive been lifting for about 5 years so im not new in that aspect, but ya. my stats:
18yo male
155lbs
4-5% bf (accurate)
goals: strength, not size. i mainly train to climb (bouldering - rock climbing) so i have to be light but dense. chinups, flags, levers, that kinda training. i have lifted to gain, but it doesnt rly work for me, and im fine with that.
i've been looking into anavar and have read that its really good for hardening in general, strength gains and fat loss/maintenance. so im thinking thats the stuff.
what would a good first cycle look like for me? i was thinking 30 or 40mg/day for 8 weeks? ive also read 50+ is good for anavar only cycles, but it being a first iunno. and i was thinking nolvadex at 20mg/day for 3 weeks and 10mg/day for the 4th after stopping. feedback?
