is this a good cycle plus a friends cycle

this is the cycle i will be looking at to do in about 2 yeasr as i will be 25 then
stats now
5'10
240lbs
8 yrs lifting
bf 18%
cycle is for fat loss lean muscle gains and strenght

stats in 2 years hopefully all same but wiehgt 225 bf 10%

and a friend of mine is thinkingh of running a cycle of deca d-bol and susta for 16 weeks and then synthoil injections in hes arms he has alot of experince with stuff hes been using since his 16 he is now 29 but that cycle just seems intense iom not sure on his exact dosage per injection though

Ok. Is your buddy the one that told you to run nolvadex all the way through the cycle?

I wouldn't advise doing anymore then test for a first cycle, if its for two years time cant you drop the bf naturally?

i will try to drop the bf as natuallry as possible until then manicc but ive been trying for a while now and it really just doesnt work for me and alot have said no more then test for a first cycle which is what i am leaning really close to now but i have herd good things about anavr and no he wasnt the one that told me to run nolva the whole cycle scotty i have seen many peopls cycles on here where they run nolva the whole cycle to help with gyno as i already have some gyno naturally and i would like to minimize the gyno i have and i dont want to gain anymore
