I have been considering using aas for a short period of time to gain 15-20lbs in mass. I have done strength training with a personal trainer 3 days/week for a year and a half with no results and also tried gaining weight through a high calorie intake diet with little success (very high metabolism). I have had my total testosterone checked and it is high for my age per the doctor.
I am looking for some guidance specific to my situation. I am not looking to get big, just want to fill out my frame and not be puny. Stats below:
Age: 32
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 148lbs
Body fat: very low
