    First time cycle, goal mainly for cutting

    Hey guys

    First of all thanks to all the people who contributes here, seems like an awesome forum with lots of helping hands.

    Now, I am about to start my first cycle, my main goal is cutting. Here are my stats:-

    Age :- 25
    Height:- 6ft.
    Weight :- 84.4 KG or 185 lb.
    BF:- 15%
    Experience:- Been training for 4 years, however been training really seriously for 2 years.

    One of my friend recommended me this cycle for cutting:-

    Trenbolone (1ml a week, its 200mg)
    Boldenone (1ml a week, its 200mg)
    Testosterone enathate (1ml a week, its 300mg)
    Winstrol (40mg a day)

    All these for 8-10 weeks.

    And then will do PCT after the cycle. Nolva and clomid from week 10 till 15.

    What do you guys think? I am trying to bring my bf down to under 10% and put on some lean mass as well.

    just use test @ 400-500mg pw for a 1st go. you can cut on tht with an incheck diet. winny useless at your current b/f and tren isnt a 1st cycle recommendation, very harsh.

    By the way, my diet is pretty good, high protein (300gm plus a day), very low carb (about 50gm a day), moderate fat (50gm + mostly from fish oil and nuts).

    I am thinking of doing 3 days of weights and 1-2 days of interval training.

    sounds good, protein may be a tad high, im 215lb and dont consume anywhere near tht amount ( around 220g). rem excess protein gets stored as fat

    Get your weight up naturally. At 6ft you should be up to 200 with ease on proper nutrition. 2 serious years of training is insufficient to hop on gear IMO. 4-5 straight years with no "breaks" or "phases". This will enable you to really reach your full or near your potential, give you enough time to experiment with different diet and training routines and to understand how your body responds to different scenarios.

    When you are read (As suggested above), Test only on your first go. AI on hand to prevent esre's/bloat. Blood work pre-cycle/post-pct.

    So i can cut if i am on test 400-500 per week for 10 week? Then i will have to go on pct after 10 weeks right? Nolva and clomid from 11-15 week is enough?

    only 50g of carbs a day? sounds like a keto diet Even cutting i'd still eat 100

    This only happens though if you are in caloric excess, correct?

    not nessecarily, its more diff for the body to convert protein for readily available energy in place of carbs ( thus low energy when on low carbs, high protein diets). its better to fine tune the overall picture, which takes trial and error and of course, time.
