Yo, 3-5 weeks. Sidenote: stop Deca 1 week before Test E prior to PCT as it's half-life is longer. (I'm gonna run Deca too and recently learned this, maybe you already know. ).

run test 2 weeks after your last shot of deca , one week is not quiet enough, 2 weeks to be sure. i see gains from 5 weeks forward, it takes a while to 'kick' in

yea im starting 5th week tommorow havent seen any real gains i mean my arms fit better in shirts and the rest of my body grew just a bit even tho im 15 lbs up on the scale hopefully ill start to see massive gains my diet and training is in check specially the diet
