I'm 21 years old I height 6'2" weigh 264 pounds I used to weigh 380 and I want that extra push to make my body look good and hopefully get a six pack.. I have Winstrol 50 mg/ml, I have been doing some research and asking a lot of people that have taken it. I run every day for 2 to 4 miles or bike for 10 miles, I work out everyday Mon- chest, Tue-bi, Wen-tri, -Thur- back, Fri- legs, and shoulders on 4 sets 12-10-8-6 I change my routine every month and a half or so. I diet and have a 2 free days a month a lot of protein and haven't had a coke in over 2 years.. I don't eat fast food or greasy foods. and i have started working out about 2 and half to 3 years ago and I just need that extra push.. I am thinking of taking
