    First cycle need advise

    I'm 21 years old I height 6'2" weigh 264 pounds I used to weigh 380 and I want that extra push to make my body look good and hopefully get a six pack.. I have Winstrol 50 mg/ml, I have been doing some research and asking a lot of people that have taken it. I run every day for 2 to 4 miles or bike for 10 miles, I work out everyday Mon- chest, Tue-bi, Wen-tri, -Thur- back, Fri- legs, and shoulders on 4 sets 12-10-8-6 I change my routine every month and a half or so. I diet and have a 2 free days a month a lot of protein and haven't had a coke in over 2 years.. I don't eat fast food or greasy foods. and i have started working out about 2 and half to 3 years ago and I just need that extra push.. I am thinking of taking
    Week Winstrol
    1 20mgs/day
    2 40mgs/day
    3 60mgs/day
    4 40mgs/day
    5 20mgs/day
    6 10mgs/day

    Can you give me some advise if i'm doing the right thing or should i take another rout thanks for taking the time to read this and i appreciate all the help

    Winstrol does not cut body fat. Cardio and nutrition on the other hand do. In brief: you aren't cycle ready by any means. Winstrol won't do nothing for you are your stats given you have an excessive amount of adipose tissue. Never taper with steroids. Stick with the cardiovascular training you've been doing, keep up the hard training and dial down on your diet. By then you'll not only be old enough to cycle, but you will have dropped a considerable amount of lard perhaps enough to cycle properly.

    A lot of body fat during a cycle give you a higher chance of getting nasty side effects like gyno. Get rid of the fat and you increase your chance of having a good cycle experience. You should be closer to 15% body fat or lower before you cycle.

    You're too young. You should be a minimum of 25 before taking any steroids. You risk permanent damage to your body for the promise of gains you won't realize, as noted.

    Winstrol alone is terrible. It needs to be stacked to be effective, and it is only effective in people with very low body fat (12-10%). It's also bad for your joints and could lead to injury. I don't like the stuff and would avoid it. When you're ready from an age and BF standpoint post back and we can give you some advice about better compounds to accomplish your goals.
