Want to Start a Cutting Cycle..
hey guys im currently on a cycle now which is a mass cycle of the following
1 - 12wk Test e 1200mg
1 - 10wk Deca 750mg
1 - 4wk Anadrol 50mg
4 - 8wk 15iu fast Actin Slin
after this i will be doing a low dose test cruise and in the meantime i want know alot about a cutting stack. what would be best. all my cycles have usually been lean mass cycles or mass cycles and i have got do a big weight n now i think its time for me to cut up. (NOT RIPPED) but very lean

Weight: 291 pounds and Rising
Bf: 18%

You can cut with any test, virtually any 19nor, and most orals. What determines a "cutting" stack will determine your nutrition uptake, cardiovascular training, and a solid training regimen.
I can throw you a few examples if you wish.

that would be great if you can. im good with Dieting i got that part in check but people say i have to change the way i train and im not sure when to do cardio for best results
any help would be good

1-10 Test P or A 150mg EOD or 100mg ED
AI on hand
PCT starts when ester has dropped
1–12 Test P or A @ 150mgs EOD or 100mg ED
1–10 Tren A @ 150mgs EOD or 75mg ED
PCT starts when ester has dropped
AI on hand/Liv52/Mile Thistle/P.A./Celery Seed Extract 75mg 2X PD/Vitamin C 3000mg PD
NPP can be substituted for Tren Ace; weeks 1-10 150mg EOD or ED
1-12 Test P or A @ 150mg EOD or 100mg ED
6-12 Winstrol @ 50-75mg ED
AI/Liv52 on hand
PCT starts when half life has dropped
AI on hand/Liv52/Mile Thistle/Celery Seed Extract 75mg 2X PD/Vitamin C 3000mg PD
Anavar /Tbol can be substituted for Winstrol; Weeks 1 – 6 @ 50-80mgs ED or 6 – 12 @ 50-80mgs ED.

You want to be doing your cardio immediatley after your workout i mean straight after dont let your heart rate drop, i would say interval cardio training is the best type to be doing if you want to cut. Also you only need to do 20 minutes u dont need to kill yourself for an hour use this as an example.
4 minutes warmup
1 minute at around 80% of your full sprint
1 minute at 40% of your full sprint ( this would be a steady jog)
1 minute 80%
1 minute 40%
1 minute 80%
1 minute 40%
1 minute 80%
1 minute 40%
1 minute 80%
1 minute 40%
1 minute 80%
1 minute 40%
1 minute 80%
3 minutes warm down
try this i garuntee you will feel like youve had a near death experience when you've finished lol. Also as you get fitter you do not need to increase the time your spending on your cardio only the speed you run at.
