    deca once or twice a week

    Just have a friend who is going to run deca 2ml/500mg and sust 3ml/750mg a week, He wants to inject deca twice a week with the sust, Should he inject deca once a week and the sust twice a week ?

    (I dont want to give him advice with out checking)

    post your "friends" stats.

    500mg/ml * 2 ml? or just 500 mg total. same with the sust.

    He means a total of 500 per wk and 750 per wk. Something as basic as this should have been figured out long ago.. I agree w/Natty, I want to see some stats..
