    Bring the BF down to mid teens via cardio, nutrition, training. You aren't cycle ready.

    %30 BF???? holy christ.

    no offence..... having that high body fat WILL make you extremely sensitive to estrogen related side effects.

    and - as an X-fat guy, i took 2-3yrs of weight loss and training and learning what worked for me, before even THINKING of going on gear.

    IT IS NOT A SHORTCUT TO WEIGHTLOSS. no matter what your goal is or what you are doing, your diet/nutrition is the absolute foundation to your success.

    DRUGS WILL NOT MAKE UP FOR A POOR DIET OR POOR TRAINING.

    and as a fatty that lost 103lbs completely natural thru diet/training - i tell you it can be done.

    it takes yrs to gain the weight, it also takes time to get rid of it.

    head over to the diet section of the forum. you need a solid nutrition/diet outline, not drugs.

    Yes, yes...i know that...but in my case (loss over 44kg without even fat burner) how i stay on those weight for over 2 months. I train x2 times a day...every morning running...and after work weight lifting....and making this EVERY DAY without rest.

    Sorry if this comes across as rude but that is exactly why you arent ready to cycle. Fat burners OTC are garbage and if you are actually exercising that much then your diet is not in order. In addition, you should not workout EVERY DAY. Your body needs rest. You need to learn how to properly train and diet before you go the AAS route.     I think your body fat is below 30%, probably closer to 25% but it's still to high to do a cycle without a higher risk of side effects.

    You have to make a diet a life style, not a starvation. Dont worry about not eating or eating bland foods. Biggest thing is first to learn to eat 6 times or more a day. Dont stuff yourself but dont ever go hungry.

    Learn to eat better foods and if you eat them all the time and dont go hungry you wont crave junk food or sweets.

    Thank you all that give me those advices, will really forget the drugs for now...or till i become under 20% bf...i train really hard (not fall below 20Т weight lift per train every day) and eat ONLY rise/chicken/fish/oats/cottage cheese and eggs but it happen really slow
