    Calf and Foot Cramps

What is the best way to avoid calf and foot cramping?

My potassium levels are in the high normal range and I drink plenty of water.

    Any ideas?

Cramping is SOMEWHAT of a mystery.

Avoid diuretics (especially alcohol) and make sure you are getting the proper amounts of Magnesium, Calcium, and Potasium.

Yeah, it's somewhat of a mystery as stated. Drink plenty of water and electrolytes. Make sure you are getting enough B vitamins (take 300-400% of DV just to be sure). Make sure you have enough carbs to keep you fueled. Be sure to warm up, and stay warm throughout exercise, then cool down after exercise (don't just stop dead). That's about the best advice I can give.

Lots of taurine 3 or 4 grams minimum. And no red bull doesn't count. Plus the advice given above
