    Critique on 6 week cutting cycle

    6 week cuting cycle with test E and winny.

    Running winny rwr 50 megs a day

    Day 3. 75mg test,
    day 6. 75 mg test,
    day 9. 115mg test,
    day 12. 150mg test,
    day 15. 200 mg test,
    day 18. 200mg test,
    day 21. 150mg test,
    day 24. 115mg test
    day 27. 115mg test
    day 30. 75mg test

    im stopping my test 12 days before i finish up on the winny, then il start my pct with nolva after my last winny shot.

    STATS
    25
    5 years lifting
    86 kgs
    6ft
    2nd cycle
    BF 10%

    Test E doesnt kick in for most till week 4-6. Running it as your base in a 6 week cycle would be pointless. If you wish to do a 6 week cycle your best bet would be prop as a best.

    However, whats your cycle experience?

    this is my secong cycle, ran a sus250 approx a year ago,

    unfortunately my resources are quite limited and test e was my only option, i also have deca on hand but am not looking for a huge size increase.

    To be honest, you need to research alot more before you cycle again. The cycle you proposed is in no way an effecient way to cycle.

    i dont wanna run winny for any longer than 6 weeks due to its toxic levels

    So?

    You can still run the test for at least 10 weeks and use winny the last 6 weeks of your cycle.

    Revised cycle....


    Weeks 1-10 150mgs test e EW, (2 shots sun/wed)
    Weeks 7-12 50mgs winny ED
    weeks 12-16 PCT with Nolva...

    Training 5 days a week, cardio 3 times,

    Usual daily diet looks like this.

    6am. protein shake and Bannana
    8.30am. bowl of cereal with low fat milk.
    11.15 am ham/ salad roll, handfull of mixed nuts.
    1.30pm protein shake and bannana

    2.30 train (protein shake straight after training)

    4.00 light snack. sushi, tin of tuna, or whatever is close by

    6.00 300grams lean meat, chicken/steak/fish and 1 1/2 cups of vegies.

    Your thoughts?

    My thoughts?

    That cycle is weak, and your diet sucks.

    Start a thread in the diet forum and get that sorted out first.

    While you're doing that keep researching cycles.
