Maybe because ur legs are fatigued from a big workout, if u train hard! But I say each to there own, if it works for u then do it! This thread is probably better off in the workout forum...

I think good leg workout + 40mins cardio is alot catabolic for the legs. If your goal is weight loss you are good, but if you want to keep muscle mass have one carb/protein shake after your workout and do some cardio.

I have been doing a boot camp style workout. When we do our legs it's a combo of strength training and cardio. Burns like crazy and burns fat.

I was wondering the same thing.

I still do cardio on leg day. If I can't make it in the AM, I do cardio PWO.

I walk/stretch. I can't imagine doing cardio after. Usually after squats I'm lucky if I can do the walking.

Well, walking isn't really cardio, IMO.
And after a good leg workout I would be likely to fall on my face if I tried to run. So that's why I wouldn't do cardio immediately after training legs.

Yeah my cardio inolves sprinting/interval training. If i did that after a heavy set of squats i'd end up eating pavement for lunch
