I will be coming off test. enanthate and Deca in about 4 weeks and planned on doing nolvadex and clomid. What should my dosage be per day and when should I start?

100mg ed clomid for two weeks 50mg clomid for two more weeks
40 mg ed of nolva for two weeks 20mg of nolva for two more weeks,
