Little help for my first cycle please!!

Ok so please correct anything you might think I have wrong. I am in no big hurry to start my cycle and want to make sure I have it down correctly.

First cycle will be 500 mg Test e per week for 12 weeks(I do have enough for 15 though) 40mg Dbol for weeks 1-4. I was thinking about taking arimidex during the cycle because or water gainage or puffiness (as my friend puts it) but do I need to or should I wait to take if and when I do get too much water gain? Also what would be the accurate dose for Arimidex? My pct would start 2 weeks after my last injection of Nolva 20mg and clomid 100mg. A friend said to start the pct after my last injection(?). Also possibly adding
.25 l-dex as well. I know I am close but like I said I just need some helping to make sure I have it right. Also someone told me that nolva could be taken during my cycle. I have read quite a few posts but some have differant opinions. Would like some feedback. I am still reading up on pct. I know i have to. Thanks

Yes I have readmost of it a few times and the nolva seems to be the 1 thing that sometimes seems to be atken during the cycle and sometimes right after and sometimes 2 weeks. That's why I need a liitle help. I just need some advice with my questions above. Please

Pct would be 14 days after last injection

No need to run Nolva or Adex durring your cycle unless you have symptoms. If you want to take adex at .25mg ED it wont' hurt but no point in wasting it if you don't have to. Just good to have it on hand

What about the Arimidex during the cylce?

thats what i just said. if you're really worried about side effects run it at .25mg a day. I just completed my first cycle and had adex on hand but my side effects were tolerable so i didn't run it. For me its a "just in case" kinda thing

So 500mg test e (250mg twice a week) for weeks 1-12
40mg dbol for weeks1-4
Pct 2 weeks after with 20 mg nolva/100mg clomid sound right?
and Arimidex just in case of water retention (too much)
ALso while on Dbol should I take milk thystle or is there something better.
Am I close?

try running a tappered PCT instead
week 1 nolva 40mg clomid 100mg
week 2 nolva 30mg clomid 50mg
week 3 nolva 20mg clomid 50mg
week 4 nolva 20mg clomid 50mg
Milk thistle would be good for liver support. Liv52 or UDCA would be better. with 4 weeks I think you'll be ok on just milk thistle
Check in here often with any issues that come up

Buy the Adex. Any herbal or OTC AI isn't going to be enough to control gyno or bloat if you're prone to it

ok thanks don't know if I am prone or not. This is my first cycle but never had retention before. so .25 mg would be the dose if I need it. Now I need to get my diet straight, don't know if you can help with that as well or should I post over in the diet section?

you can post it here. but first do me a favor and go read some of the educational threads in the diet section. Find out how to calculate your BMR (base metabolic rate) Then plan a diet listed in this format

Meal 1
item carb grams protien grams fat grams total cals
Do that all the way from meals 1 through 6 then come back here and post it or in the diet section and someone will help you out

Also write your goals along with it

Thanks starting to read up now. It will be a few days. Lots of reading but 1 problem I do have is my apitite is low. Hard for me to eat alot or I gag. Do you know of anything to take to make me want to eat more besides smoking weed?

You don't have to eat "a lot" nessesarily you just have to eat often.

1 more really stupid question then i will leave you alone the nolva and clomid pct are taken daily correct?
