Hey all.
Been lurking around for about two months now, trying to research clen. found some amazing information. Just had a few questions left though!
Stats:
Height:5.10
Weight:167 pounds
Body Fat %: Havn't measured, assuming between 13-15
I'm young, and have never used anything before. Besides protein. Been working out for two years now. Just looking to cut the (hopefully) last little bit of fat, to get my obliques/abs showing more obviously.
Think I'm going to start a clen cycle of just two weeks, not enough money for more. Using a gel form but;
1) Is this pointless? Would two weeks do anything?
2) Would I lose muscle, ive been told its catabolic state when youre on it?
3) How on earth do you measure a gel dose? I was hoping to split a tub with a mate, any idea show we'd measure it?
4) Are all these extra supps. necessary (benadryl, and no idea what it is, but T3? etc) or would I be able to just chow down on bananas to increase potassium and reduce cramps?
Any help/even just info. or experience on anything to do with it would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks in advance!
