optimal time to use clen in cyle or pct?

my bf 15% or 14% and i dont like to gain fat from the cycle but i need to lose fat

run the clen 2week on 2week off in the cycle or in pct ?

You don't need to add more drugs to stay lean on your cycle.

Keep your diet tight, and don't slack on the cardio.

but i already bought it and want to lose more fat
my cardio is 1 moth running 20 min after workout 3times on the week after that 1 moth walking rapidly 20 min after workout 4times on the week ..... is it good cardio?

Just because you have doesn't mean you have to use it.

It won't go bad.

Some people do use it on cycle, I just don't like to.

All I'm saying is you have other options before you look to adding more things to a cycle to drop some body fat

You wanted an expert and got D7M, nuff said kick the clen . Keep your diet in check and see how you look post cycle after pct. Then start clen if you still want to.
