    Thinking about doing my First Cycle!!! Help

    Well I'm 20 years old 6`1 189lbs 10%bf

    i have been lifting for about 3 years now but only the past 1 1/2 i have been taking it seriously....

    Im doing a lot of research and there are some many dif. types of steroids and what are their benifts and side affects, i know im a little young however i feel so small compared to my friends and ppl at the gym...

    that is why i want to try my first cycle and to keep most of my gains.....


    i was thinking about taking
    1-12 weeks 500-sustanon 250 ( wed/sat )
    1-12 weeks 200- deca ( wed/sat )

    for my ptc that is where it is very complicated because there are so many dif. types and they usually do the same thing; however i would like to know which it would be the best one for my cycle and how much should i take !!!

    ( i have some in mind that are most used by other nted to know for me which it would be the best ? )

    In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

    Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.

    Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.

    Too young!! And definitly not a good first cycle. Do some research on this forum and u will quickly realize that!!!

    you have so much more growing to do naturally

    learn how to eat correctly and youll be jacked 200lbs in no time

    Invest time and learn all you can about proper diet and training. These forums will be a big help. Until you master those two you cannot ever hope to achieve anything on steroids . At your age your natural test level is already near maximum. You should be seeing great gains training naturally. If you aren't then you need to address your diet and training. We'll help, but will all advise that you are simply too young and inexperienced at this point to consider taking drugs to reach a goal that is easily accomplished with natural means.

    I agree check your diet and train hard untill you turn at least 25 then think of cycle's

    That is the biggest problem like i know there is so many side effects that maybe it wont hurt be now but in the future it will... ( sucks tho because the ppl that i work out with they take steroids and they get big so fast and i hv been natural all this time )

    i really dont think im ready to do a cycle !! but what supplements will help me increase my mass...

    im on high carb/cal/protein diet
    im taking bcaa's and glutamine

    anything that i out there that it wont have a big impact on my health that it will hepl me increase mass ?!?

    Drey at least your dick will still work in 5-10 yrs. Its tough to see it now but you are making a very wise choice!

    Creatine if you are not already taking it is probably the single best muscle builder out there. Take 5-7g a day of monohydrate mixed with your protein shake or some juice.

    I'm also a big fan of NO Shotgun as a pre-workout. It made a marked improvement in my strength in just a few months.

    My brother is currently taking the Animal Stak II (this no longer contains prohormones like the original). He seems to be seeing good results, but it may also just be a return to heavier lifting and better diet after recovering from surgery. I'd say initial results seem good, but the jury is still out for now.

    Remember that being big is a marathon, not a sprint. I'll spare you the whole tortise and the hare story, but you get the gist. Things easily gained are also easily lost. Things done quickly that were too easy will always come back to bite you in the ass.
