How can i tell for sure if iv got this?
My nips apear to have a puffy kind of shape, however im wandering if it could just be fat?
i cant say i can feel any lump, however i dont know how you would tell the difference between a small a lump and muscle tissue??

if theyre not tender and dont have hard lumps underneath its just fat...read diet threads and throw in cardio on the regular and it will disapear.

i guess the only reason im worrying is becaus im relativley lean...probs 10-12 %.
iv never used so thats not an issue.
