Liquid letro dosage

I am off cycle currently...trying to eliminate a tiny lump under one nipple. Can I get some help with the dosing of the liquid letro. Also, how would I go about measuring it? I have only ever used pills before. Nolva for 20 mg for 2 weeks after the letro? Any advice will help, im kinda new to this... thx.
