Injection Pain : Too high cc?

Hey guys,

I'm on my 3rd cycle now and am currently taking Test-E and Deca. In the past i've taken up to 1.5cc in a single shot, but i just started this cycle and both times i've shot 1.5cc maybe a little more like 1.6 of the Test E (250mg) and Deca (300mg).

It never hurt before but this cycle (first time taking deca) seems to jack my leg up pretty bad almost to the point where I can't walk on it properly. At first I thought it was the way i darted but nope..and I know for a fact the gear is legit and isn't a bad batch or anything.

Any idea why this pain is there?

How long before your last cycle?

Quads are "usually" good for up-to 2cc & I seriously doubt it is the deca. Try a new muscle if it continues then you know its what you are putting inside it.

3 ccs of Test and Deca mixed and shot in the glute has never bothered me.

Thats waaaaay too short! Time off should be equal to at the MINIMUM time on + PCT + an additional few weeks for BW.

1.5cc isn't a whole lot of gear, I've shot over 2 in the delt and 4 in the medial glutes. But I can't even look at my quads without becoming a cripple for a week.

What syringe size you using

Are you injecting it too fast? That can tend to cause some damage and pain.

As a general rule i take 15-20 seconds to inject 1cc. Helps a lot. Make sure you're massaging the injection site long enough after a good 5 minutes minimum. After that it helps me to do some sort of excersise to get that muscle engorged with blood to help break up the oil. (for example when i inject delts i've got some light dumbells i pick up and do a set of 20 arnolds) Could just be dirty gear. Try taking 800mg of ibuprofen the morning after injecting or as soon as the pain hits. Try sleeping with a heating pad on the injection area. Theres probably at least 1000 threads on injection pain. Read through them lots of good tips available

Agreed ^^ anything below a 22 gauge is asking for pain. Order some 25g and save your 21's as draw pins so you dont' dull your needle before pinning. A dull needle results in tiny tears in muslce tissue could be part of your post injection pain

I agree, but slightly different. 23g 1" for quads, 25g 5/8" for Delts.

I have gone to 23 g 1.5" in the quads and 25g 1" in the delts. I dont have near the problem with bruising going deeper as I did with 1" in the quads and 5/8" in the delts. I go way slower and things are better. Dont ever never ever hit the quads within 3 days after squats, thats when I get pain, lots and lots of pain and blood.

I've used 23ga. x 1 1/2" for my Test/Deca glute shot without any problem.

I've warmed up injections by running warm water over the loaded syringe, with the cap on the pin to keep it all sanitary.

I've had minor bruising issues in the past with sub-c shots and I switched from the cheap brand of pins to BD pins... that solved that issue.

Hi this is one of my first posts in here, but I've been around reading all the great info you guys are always willing to share.

From my own experience, my shots with Test E and Deca have only hurt when they are Vet versions of the drugs.

Primoteston (Test E) and Deca Durabolin (Nandro) have never hurt as much as their Vet versions.

I usually heat the syringe with the heat of my hands (37 C.) for about 2-3 minutes, this allows the liquid to enter the muscle tissue more quickly.

I know it sounds weird but the only place I ever get a lot of pain is my left quad. Everytime I pin my left side it knots up and I have a hard time squating down. My right quad takes it like a champ. I still hit it though, especially with prop so I can move the stuff around. No one wants an abcess.

Vet grade or human grade should not have a huge impact. Depending on how they are suspended there can be differences of course but test is test.

test is test yes but human grade test is at its purest while vet grade is not ,also alot of powders being used by ugl,s these days is very dirty indeed ,many things can add to pip (post injection pain) like

1-high acid conntents in raw powders

2- too much b.a being added when makeing a product

3-short esters tend to hold a lttle more pip due to faster crashing times when injected into the muscle

4-injecting high mg/ml compounds

5-injecting too fast

6-injecting oil that is at a lower temp than normal

7-useing large pins

8-haveing an unstedy hand while injecting

a well made test enanthate and deca should be painless and nothing like what the op is saying ,deca is near painless anyway and should cut alot of pip from the test down ,dont seem to be the case in this matter ,makes you think .

high acid content powder will be no less painfull if its suspened useing pailess recipes.:wg:
