    Face fat??

    I am currently off cycle and getting ready to start my 2nd in about a month. I have always had an issue with easily gaining or losing weight in my face. In fact I have a passport pic of me before I started lifting 7 years ago and it looks like a different person. People say they can notice my face swell when bulking and get real skinny when cutting. I am about 15% bf right now and feel like I have a bloated face around the cheeks and jaw line. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Any reccomendations on what can be done to remedy this issue?

    Genetics is a big part to the face. I have a round face no matter how slim I get. Extreme solutions maybe surgry but would never do that.

    Personally, and I know everyone is different, but I find that if I drink ONLY water and lots of it my face gets chizzled looking.. Just a suggestion.

    Im curious I have a thing for unsweet tea do you think that because theres no sodium in tea (as far as I know) that its just as good as water? I guess really it dehydrates you though and caffeine is not necessarily good for the body.

    Unfortunately in life its all about how bad you want it. The world meets no one half way remember that. If you want something you got to take it. Eat like a horse, lift like a bull, and work your (face) off in cardio if you really care. I dont know my bodyfat.. I went from fat to lean. Let me tell you, when I ride my bike with my shirt off, shorts sagged down, (hairless/trimmed), my abs showing, women staring at me, its the best feeling in the world.     Actually, the reports of caffeine working as a diuretic are largely exaggerated. Unless you are taking large amounts or rarely consume caffeine, then the amount of water you take in while consuming the caffeinated beverage hydrates you more than the caffeine dehydrates you. It is true that large amounts of caffeine can be unhealthy, but small amounts have been shown to be beneficial, such as in increasing blood flow to the brain. So go ahead and drink tea if you want. Plus its loaded with antioxidants.

    Good call dude I love antioxidants. What I might do is switch off between the different types.. some don't have caffeine or are low caffeine.. like.. white tea.

    Have the same problem. Before lifting weights i was pretty chubby, but fattest in my face. Then after working out for a while started dieting strict dieting on and off , and for about one year my face was pretty lean and cheekbones were clearly visible. But now after 2 years i am finishing my first cycle (now PCT), and my face got bloated as hell. EVERYBODY who i met is telling me ( hey man, what's happening with your face..) I have still visible abs, and face like 300 pound obese woman .
    I expect that i will look better when i lose some water weight, but who knows..

    Just use Aromasin on cycle to keep down the bloat. Oh, and maybe try to stay leaner in general, as the more fat you have, the more aromataze enzymes and estrogen you'll have.

    Cardio and cut yr carbs bro.
    Cherry Dr Pep gave the best advice.
    You need to watch eating the wrong carbs.
    I have the same Fin prob lol.

    You can try what I do. I eat carbs from greens and fruits.

    When you say wrong carbs, do you mean simple vs complex?

    Not just simple v complex but when and which complex.
    From what sources.

    PWO it is fine to eat white rice to replenish glycogen stores.
    Which complex- baby spinach, sweet pot, bell peppers, onions, broccoli, tomato, oats, etc etc, I avoid br rice when cutting but hit the rest of these with each meal. NO more than 8 oz at a time.

    I drink lots of green tea while dieting and it seems to have a diuretic effect with me and my face really gets thin in a hurry.

    I have the same problem it seems to end up on my face my face looked good during ketosis but now that im bulking face is fat I am gonna try to watch my cards closer and see if it helps I am doing liquidex .25 per day.
