Mostly in my left nipple. I did a 12 week cycle of Test E at 500mg a week. This week has been the first week I have been off since last thursday. Sunday I start PCT. I have Letro, Clomid and Nolva on Hand.
What should I do? My nipples dont look like they have gyno, but there is def. something behiond them. I dont want to take Letro unless I know I really need it. Am I overreacting? Gyno doesnt run in the family. My dad was overweight most of his life and he never had gyno.

Nipple appearance would be progestin gyno,lumps behind are from the increased estrogen levels. Your not being paranoid start with th letro .50 day and moniter ,you may need to increase,if it goes away then start your pct

Im still a little skeptical on starting the letro. So youre saying if I do start it, I would have to wait until the gyno has died down before I start my PCT? My PCT starts tomorrow I can take the Letro, Clomid, and Nolva all at night?
