Sleepless nights????

Hey guys im in the beginning of week 5 of my test/deca . So far, i have gained 8 lbs as of end of week 4....for the last the 2 nights i have not been able to sleep...though i felt tired during evening but i went to the gym instead n did my workout anywho i felt dead afterwards and took a cool shower couple of hours b4 bed time...but this is the second day in a row its happened...I cant fall asleep during night. Why is this happenning???...is this a side effect?

Thats what happens when you have a lot of test running through ya.. Invest in some mild sleep aids..

Happens every night after an injections if I don't take a sleeping aid. Other nights not so tough.

try melatonin take it about an hour before you want to go to bed, works great for me.
And dont do ZMA, that shit gave me fvcked up dreams and made me break out terribly

Have a hot shower before bed, that might help you out
