best method for controlling deca acne?

First time running deca in a cycle. 400mg/week (in addition to my test/dbol/arimidex)

im getting teeny lil whiteheads on my back. they arnt huge and gross monster zits, but im getting plenty of em.......

what's the best method for battling them?

and yes, i shower :P

There are a ton of threads on this. I beleive Hazard wrote a great one out with more then 1 solution depending on how severe the acne is.
