    review of my Anavar only cycle (first AAS usage)

    just wanted to post a quick review of my anavar cycle, closing in on week 5, 2 more to go!

    dosage: was at 50mg a day for the first 2.5 weeks but bumped it up to 100mg a day from there onwards (is from a reputable UG lab, so 100mg may be equal to like 80mg HG, not sure at all, just guessing). the difference between 50mg a day and 100mg was extremely noticeable

    effects: i have noticed some serious increases in muscle hardness/fullness and also vascularity, veins in front delts and upper chest, not quite bursting out, but noticeably more visible. strength, i am quite satisfied with the increases in strength, all lifts have gone up, some more so than others (ex: incline DB's went from 90x8 kind of shaky, to 90x10 solid, 100x6-8 with great form and MMC). i have added about 4-5 lbs to the scale while simultaneously leaning out noticeably, really beasting the diet these last 2 weeks to see how low i can get. also, idk if its just placebo, or var related. but intensity and focus in the gym were great.

    sides: none no drop in libido, balls feel fine and no shrinkage as far as i can tell. still get my morning boners and am horny as a dog haha. no acne or other signs. my shoulders and elbow joints were feeling a little creaky for awhile, but i think that was more from the much more heavy and intense training.

    overall i am VERY satisfied thus far, did everything i expected it too, none of the potential worrisome sides, and still 2 weeks to go

    good stuff. I have 300 anavar tabs (10mg) that have been sitting around my home for the last 6 months. I think I'll throw them in a cycle with test later down the road. I'm thinking I might use 60mg per day

    from what i have read on here, the effects seem to be even better when used with test (and less var is needed). would def love to include some in the future when i pin

    you should try running it towards the end of one of your cycles, lean out and get them veins popping, beast mode! haha

    yea that should work quite well. I would never run a long esther though since I don't mind pinning and hate water weight so if I used it, I would probably go with prop and var for 8 weeks each

    amen to that. my first cycle is going to be prop, i know your running it currently right? you have a log or active thread? interested to see how yours is going

    I like 12 weeks var 100 mg ED taken after meals with grapefruit.

    i have been taking it about 10-20 min before a meal on an empty stomach, thought that was best for absorption? doesnt give me any gastric issues when taken on an empty stomach so i havent thought twice about it...

    in 3 months or so ill be running a test var cycle, test 400mgs 10 weeks and var from week 8-12 i only have enough var for 4 weeks at 40 mgs is it worth it i csnt get it anymore to extend as i wouldve liked for another 2 weeks and bump to 50-60mgs ......

    what results were u seeing round week 4 at 40 mgs ??

    Isn't it awesome when on var you can literally spend like 30 seconds or more pushing out that last rep after hitting a sticking point like 1/2 way through? I love that.

    Yep started week 6 of prop today at 75mg ed (525 mg per week). Results are great so far as I am up 12-13lbs and just as ripped as before I started. I don't have a log though, sorry man
