Start PCT or start Letro and then PCT?

I dont know what to do so some input would be great. ABout two days ago I brushed my hand across my left nipple and felt an m&m size lump.

Last Thursday was my last pin of a 12 week cycle of Test E at 500mg a week.

I start my PCT this Sunday(Tomorrow) night.

My question is should I start PCT, and in a month when Im done start the Letro? Or should I start the Letro, and after two weeks of doing Letro start my PCT? Th reason I ask is because im pretty sure Letro, Clomid, and Nolva would not be good all together.

Thanks for your guys help. Im just gonna start PCT. Then run Letro on my next cycle.
