Creatine at 5g/day. Glutamine at 5g/day. Get your diet right as well. Once you have that working for a couple of months consider using NO Shotgun as a pre-workout. At your age you do not need and should not ever consider steroids. With proper diet/training you will make amazing gains. I made amazing gains naturally in my 30s once I had those things figured out. You will do even better in your 20s.
