pain, sweeling @ injection point

i injected test complex 350 (very similar to sust) monday was first shot in right cheek. discomfot but not pain dime sized ball were injected and gone within 4 days. next shot was in left cheek on thursday morning. friday more discomfort than with first shot and stayed untill sunday night. tonight i noticed swelling of the left cheek and a little warmth in the area. the swelling is about the size of a palm but not protruding very much it is more wide than anything. i did ride a mechanical bull and did alot of walking today about 5 mi.
is this anything to worry about? please help. THANKS!!

Keep an eye on it..if its red and feverish you may have slight infection and may need antibiotics...also youre taking a blend and they are known to have prop and that compound is an irritant so thats common of having swelling and discomfort.

I did a cycle of Test Enanthate a few years ago. I had big time soreness and some heat and red areas. It went away with no issues. But after talking to a friend that is a nurse we realized I was not letting the Alcohol dry long enough and we are guessing that I was pulling the Alcohol into the injection site and that may have caused the problem.

I'm on my 7th injection of Cyp right now and I made sure to wait a bit longer to inject after cleaning the area. So far not a problem with very very little soreness and no heat or redness. I'm still heating and massaging the area before and after injections. So the only thing I have changed is the time for the Alcohol to dry.

Maybe try this

Heat the leg or cheek with hot shower or bean bag. then place bottle into 2 inches of boiling water prior to filling pin and swab the area while gear is heating up. Then inject and massage the area for about 2 minutes after. Something that I find helping is cycling after a quad injection as well.
