    Clenbuterol without cardio... Effective?

I was wondering...would clen be effective minus the cardio? I will just be weight lifting 4 days a week and maintaining a clen diet

you will see some results but why take it unless your going to use it for the best effects? its like doing a cycle and working out once a week, it may help, but diet and cardio are going to be the big factors

I took clen just before I started my cardio workouts. By the time I was done I was a dripping rag. It works good with cardio.

Too many potential side effects, some permanent. If you want to cut you are just going to have to do cardio. There's no easy way around it, despite the fact that an entire industry has sprung up around the concept.

You can cut without cardio for sure, if your diet is correct based on the fact you will not be along with the Clen. It's easier with cardio obviously but it can still be done

I am interested in results with no cardio. I am sure it will be better with cardio though.

people have things they gotta do and can't do or whatever. But I would consider taking clen and not doing clen abusive as others consider AAS without dedication time and diet etc abusive

I think people overestimate the importance of cardio here. It is good in moderation, but too much cardio is counterproductive

I think people overestimate the degree to which cardio affects muscle performance and ability to grow. If you do cardio 3x a week for an hour at a time it will have zero effect on your muscle building ability. I've proven it many times. For fat loss nothing will work like cardio. Diet will help, but without at least some cardio your loss is going to be very slow unless you aren't concerned about muscle loss. Consequently, unless you are hindered from doing cardio by injury I would never recommend trying to simply cut weight with diet and drugs.

I say no but im a bit impartial. I did not like it or the sides. I believe a good diet and good cardio at the right times with a Thermo will do just as good if not better...

    IMO
