    No hangovers while on cycle!?

Has anyone experienced the same thing? While on a cycle of test I rarely drink, but when I do I never get a hangover. Any explanations? I also get extreem pain in my elbows after a night of beer. Is it simply dehydration? Or something more like an alergy to the yeast? Could someone shed some light on my situation? Thanks fellas.

Its not a fluke bro... I think it may have something to do with the huge calorie intake? This is my third cycle and it seems to happen every time. I probably will drink one or two time a month with O hangovers...?

Caories have absolutely no affect on hangovers. Hangover symptoms are due to hypoglycemia / dehydration / acetaldehyde intoxication / glutamine rebound / and vitamin B12 deficiencies. Simply making sure you take the right vitamins and minerals will prevent hangovers.

Would you say any of those things would cause the beer elbow?

I currently dont take any vitamins due to the huge calorie intake. I didnt want to strain my liver and kidneys any more than I need to. I wouldnt think the lack of a hangover was because of vitamins... I have IM B-12; do you think that would help the beer elbow. This is the biggest problem I have while cycleing.

I think it's because you are eating so much food that the booze doesn't get into your system as easily. I rarely get hangovers due to this. But if I don't eat as much before drinking and I end up drinking a lot, then I could get one. I usually drink buckets of water before bed though after a night of drinking so this doesn't happen to me much

I noticed a huge difference on my first cycle...Test E. 0 hangovers. Second cycle I got normal hangovers...Test P. Doubt it had anything to do with the esters though.

just a sidebar but if your not takeing vitamins because it might stress your organs why would you beat the hell outa your liver with drinking anything? not judgeing but that ALOT worse then any Vitamin i know of. And the dehydration could affect your joints or tendons.

To a point you can prevent hangovers by staying hydrated and taking vitamins. However, there's a practical limit because in high enough doses alcohol is still a poison. If you cross that threshold nothing will prevent the hangover.

I often get joint soreness after a night of drinking. Not sure why that is though.

Also, I've noticed that some types of drinks affect me differently and have heard other comment on this as well. I know I can drink way more hard liquor than I can beer and not get a hangover. I'm not sure if this is caused by yeast or carbonation or some other factor, but its definitely real.

I noticed the same thing. But I also make sure to drink 1 or 2 32oz Gatorades before bed. It's kinda difficult but works.

How can you say that Calories have no affect on hangovers and then say that hangover are dues to Hypoglycemia. IMHO If you have the right Caloric Intake IE Diet you should not experience Hypoglycemia.

And I also am a firm believer that vitamins help with no hangovers. When ever I drink (when not on cycle) I tend to not get hangovers. But it does seem that dehydration and sugar intake are a cause of hangovers from my experience.

Lots of water and vitamins help with this... not just the day you will be drinking, but every day.

Quite simply, calories are not what regulate blood sugar levels. So anyone can just drink a weight gainer before they go out drinking and they are all set? Very simply put it is from the breakdown of carbs AND hypoglycemia is just a small piece of the hangover puzzle.

Ok that I agree with. And when I use Calories I mean a proper diet.

No worries, many people tend to summarize diet by just saying calories.
