What do you guys think about year round usage?

    My own experience

First I want to say that I know about the risks of anabolic steroids usage. I understand PCT, I just follow the type of PCT that works fine for me: if possible no PCT at all, however I have used some Nolva to control estrogens when necessary and some Proviron .

I don’t recommend to anyone to follow my steps, especially those who are not looking to compete in bodybuilding.

So this year 2010 I decided to stay on the gear all year round. And until now it has been the best decision, the progress I made is amazing. I don’t use big quantities of roids, I got great results from low dosage, I know that eventually this will change and I will have to use more and more to get the same results, that’s exactly why I started low.

What about you guys any experiences out there?

    My stats:
    5’11
    250 pounds off season
    230 pounds contest weight
    Time doing bodybuilding: 10 years
    Time using steroids: 3 years
Time without time off: 1 year
Weight when first started using steroids: 85 kg
    Max weight obtained: 120 kg
    Steroids used during 2010:
    Primoteston 16 weeks
    Sostenon 8 weeks
    Dianabol 12 weeks (total)
    Anadrol 50 12 weeks (total)
    Trenbolone (on it right now)
    Boldenone 16 weeks

Wouldent advise it and by the looks of it your running tren alone?

Give us some more imput into what your cycles look/looked like please.

Tren is a very supresive 19 nor steroid nd should not be run for over 10-12 weeks imo ,if you talking about running hrt dOse of test or cruseing then do your reserch before hand ,you could end up being on hrt for life if this is the route you want to take.

Although it's difficult to quantify the exact risks of long term use, it's generally looked upon as an unhealthy way of using AAS for your specific goals.

I wouldn't advise this practice unless you are strongly monitored under professional supervision.

    Jeesus 230lbs contest weight at 5"11? You're a beast

And to chime in, I plan on being on for a very long time as I will start cruising after this cycle. My test levels are 313 naturally so I ain't going back to that $hit

I would like to know the reasons for you to take that decision? Do you expect better results from staying on? Are you not happy with the results of cycling?

He has naturally low T-levels, that's his reasoning.

Alpha, are you staying on the black market scene or are you going to apply for TRT?

    That's what I was thinking.

I know of guys on for years and when they finally did get off, nat test never came back, or so they were told by the doctor that kept testing for it.

I know is a big risk.. but I also know many BB who have been on for 20 years and they didn't have a problem coming off. I guess it depends on each person.

I've heard of guys taking 1dbol a day year round. What would be the risks advantages of this compared to staying on test year round?

What if one were to take something like tbol year round? Would it even be worth it, or would you not get anything from it?

low natural levels. I turn 25 in a month but got my levels checked back in january and then april. both times were 321 and then 313, which is normal for an 80 year old man. I have no desire to live the rest of my life like that and take a cialis every time I am about to have sex (and I have an active sex life)

however I achieved 180lbs ripped at a hair under 5'9 naturally before my first cycle so I think I did great considering the circumstances. I was as maxed out genetically as you could get

black market for now. I want to research a good endo who understands this stuff eventually but I'm going to stick to UGL's for the time being

yea a couple of guys on the elite fitness forums advocate this (10mg of dbol daily for a long time)

yea but you don't need to buy pct. However, less time off when you blast and cruise will make the prices add up

For sure all of them (pro BB)... and they all have families and a normal life.

Actually I always see ppl on the forums talking about shutting down your axis if you stay on them and this and that... but I bet none of them have ever met a person with that type of problems from steroid usage. Actually I bet there's no study to support those statements...

    Any one?

Studies on the long term effects of steroids are non-existent. What research has been done is often spotty, subject to interpretation, and not supportable scientifically IMO. However, that doesn't mean there aren't risks.

The bottom line is that when you introduce and artificial hormone into the body the body will decrease natural production. A low dose may not be completely suppressive of natural test production, so you may not get shutdown, and the accompanying side effects. I still have to believe that long term use like that will result in permanently reduced natural test. The severity of this will most likely be a person to person thing. But my guess is that this is the effect, even among those who think they have no side effects. I would surmise that if they were tested before they started this and after you would see the blood work bear this out.

If you are already on TRT and cycling that's one thing, because you are in effect cruising on your TRT dose year round. The TRT dose is there to get your naturally low levels back to normal, so I can't see adverse effects.

Ultimately its your body, so I guess you pay your money and you take your chance.
