    Question Arimidex vs. anastrozole?

    Arimidex is just the brand name for anastrozole, correct? So I could buy anastrozole at a much cheaper price than Arimidex brand and save a lot of money? Thanks.

    Yes,,its just the generic. Both are 'ARIMIDEX "
