im 6"1' and before i started training i used to weigh 290lbs. and ive gotten down to 185lbs with 9.5% bf at one point. im at 210lbs 12% now. but losing all that weight left me with some nasty stretch marks and from what a plastic surgeon told me, anywhere from 5-8lbs of excess skin. but ive been reading up on HGH and i came across an article saying it tightens the skin. but from what ive been told by almost every expert ive talked to is that the only thing that gets rid of excess skin is a tummy tuck. can anyone comment on this?
