    Mast or Primo

    I'm going to be running a test and anavar cycle soon. i have used both compounds in the bast to great success.

    I want to throw in either Primobolan or Masteron this time. What would you say is better for a cut, in your opinion. Price is not important

    Masteron is great, love the compound in conjunction with Var/Test.

    If I were you, I'd focus on a strict lean bulk and perhaps re-address your training habits.

    You should be a little bit heavier considering you've been training for 6 years with 2 cycles under your belt.

    understatment indeed, something wrong with your gear or diet. I woud suspect your diet. Run in by the boys in the diet section, they will get you sorted out.

    My goal is not to get big. I just like being shredded. personal preference.

    My diet is perfect:

    Meal 1:
    cup oats with scoop protein or 6 eggs

    meal 2:
    Can tuna and half cup brown rice

    meal 3:
    Chicken breast with brwon rice and veg

    meal 4: chicken breast with sweet potato and veg

    meal 5: Protein shake and half banana

    Meal 6: Grilled hake fillet with veg and mixed beans

    Meal 7: 100% egg white protein shake with extra BCAA and glutamine

    See.. perfect diet for my goals

    Perfect? No. Why spike with HG carbs when you have ample LG carbs throughout the day?

    Not too mention not all "Chicken, tuna, nor protein shakes" are created equal.

    Regardless of your "perfect" diet, your goals can be achieved without steroids.

    At 150lbs you should already be shredded anyways.

    My last course I reached 80kg and was still very lean. I was uncomfortable at that size due to my height (I'm short between 5'6 and 5'7). So I took up boxing and stopped weights, and managed to get my weight back down to 70kg while increasing my strength and fitness. I will put on some size again now with my new course.. but limiting it to 75kg.

    I run cycles not to get big, just to get shredded below 8% that is what you guys don't understand. Just because you guys like to get huge doesn't mean that is the only use for steroids. Yes I can get very lean just by dieting over a long period of time, but I love the training, definition, confidence boost and fatloss rate I get from test/anavar.

    The half banana is just post workout. Fruit is available free at my gym so just eat the half banana after training. No other high GI carbs? I dont even have a cheat meal.. ever. I just have a structured refeed one a week.

    I don't know what you mean by the second comment. But I am rich brah I only by the best food and supps

    focus on 8 meals

    first meal fast digesting carbs + protein

    all day long slow digesting carbs + protein


    even 2 hrs before u hit the gym


    and after gym high digestin carbs + protein


    eat more carbs u ll get bigger ur too small not to be ripped bro

    protein shakes are never replacement for food


    and always kno that food is the most powerfull steroid on earth

    eat big and eat healthy

    why? when u wake up it s like ur body is been 7 hours without bein feeded it needs high white carbs and lot of protein during the day u need to keep ur insuline stable u go slow digesting carbs and after gym it s again when u need to raise ur insuline and go to a fast digfesting carbs .

    anyway if u kno how to eat u wouldn t have been that skinny and muscleless bro learn from the pro and stop eatin like sisi girls

    I'd take Primo instead Masteron on any given day. You'll have primo gains even with a crappy diet. Masteron is bad on hairline and its most effective at a low bf%.

Its the way how you carry your weight. How comfy you're with your body. I dont see the purpose to have 22'' arms that you cannot even use to wipe your own butthole .... or getting gassed out after running a pathetic 40 yard line . One thing is when some little dude gets his ass whooped. No one will remember it after a week. But if a 265lbs BBer guy gets his ass manhandled by a dude who's half of his size is totally different. People will talk about that for years and will point fingers at you. So based on your picture, it looks like you're in a great place muscle/weight/ ratio. I dont mean no disrespect to bodybuilders. Im a big dude myself and I cannot even imagine being embarrassed by someone half of my size taking me to school with all the time I spent at the gym and crap i sacrificed for my physique. Anyways, sorry for highjacking the thread fellas. Got off topic a bit lol

    Thanks bro I appreciate the comments. Ye alot of people tell me I look like Mike "the situation" lol. For my height I will be very comfortable at 75kg 6%bf. I'm planning to get there for dec which is our summertime here in SA. I'm currently sitting at 70kg and 10%bf. I'll get to my goal in the next 3 months no prob with the help of test/var.
