    Welcome.

I suggest you get some blood work done. You may be eligible for testosterone replacement therapy.

In the meantime, spend more time training. You don't need to result to steroids with such little experience in the gym.

    I agree with HP......

You have some more research to do before you delve into aas. You should have a firm understanding of what you're doing to your body before you doit. Spend some time on here and use the search function to answer most of the questions you have.

its not my first time in the gym or to use steroids its just been awhile since i have been and i have done research, there are tons of different dosing suggestions.test E anywhere from 500-1000 a week, deca anywhere from 300-500 a week, and d-bol anywhere from 20-60 a week. with either arimidex ,letrozole and pct with hcg ,nolvadex ,clomid. just need something a little more definitive. Thanks

Well you didn't state your prior experience. You specifically said "been working out for about a year" so I among others here are going to assume what we see. Be a little more specific next time.

I commend you for doing research but you clearly haven't done enough. Start reading the education threads we have offered here. It will answer your questions.
