first cycle
hey guys got my first cycle planned out seeing if anyone has any adjustments or any advice for me for a routine, looking for something new to switch it up from what im used to doing
im 24, 6'3", 180lbs, 5 yrs lifting exp.
wk 1-12 test prop 100mg/week eod
wk 3-12 hcg 250 iu/wk
wk 1-17 adex .25 eod
nolva 2 days after last prop shot 20/20/10/10/10
also, is the arimidex necessary the whole entire cycle also what size pins would i need for the prop

Wait a year. At 6'3" you need to be at least 215lbs naturally before considering a cycle, and that's assuming very low body fat (like 10%). You are too young. On the edge, but still too young. You need to learn how to build muscle naturally or you will never do so on steroids and never keep the gains you make.
In case you decide to simply ignore this advice I will comment that your PCT is way too light and not timed correctly.

1st of all I agree with what has been said already about your diet and your natural potential, or not being there yet, so I won't regurgitate any of that. Personally I think at 24 you could cycle effectively but judging by your post you are not there yet. Finally, this is your 1st cycle, why are you planning on HCG & adex? You have no clue how your body is going to respond. Have them on hand, great idea, but you do not know that you will HAVE to take them and therefore should not be planned as such. Also, I would tweak that PCT a little.
