Disturbed sleep - clen??

Hi,

I've been taking clen for the last 6 days now and I'm up to a dose of 100 that I take all in one go at around 8am.

My problem is, when going to bed at 10,11 o clock at night I must wake up maybe 4-5 times.... I have no problem getting to sleep, just a problem staying asleep..... Is this the clen? If so, can I take some sleeping pills with the clen as this is driving me potty.... Thanks

yes it's the clen . Clen's half life is 36 hours so it doesn't matter which time of day you take it but obviously if you take it earlier it would be better.

Take some ketotifen. Not only does it up regulate the receptors, which is needed, it makes you drowsy.

Would just like to chime in. Keto doesnt effect everyone the same. It makes some people tired and others hungry while some ge tboth effects. I personally would be wide awack after Keto so it did not have a drowsy effect on me.

OP - Try an OTC sleep aid or Benadryl for the duration of your clen use if you chose not to try Keto.
