ive previously done 2 test e cycles with proper pct

I have mentioned previously that i have a blend witch i am going to use as not being able to get just tren atm.

i have test e at 250mg/ml
and one rip 200 which consits of
70mg test prop
65mg tren a
65mg masterson
per ml

i want to be sure i am taking enough of the blend to see effects as i have never used these compounds before(i know not ideal as if side effects occur i wont know which one) but this is all i hav avalible to me atm.

after speaking to a few ppl on this forum i have decided to run

weeks 1-12
test e 500mgs pw
one rip 3 ml pw 210mg test prop,195mg tren a,195mg masterson
also running clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off throughout the cycle w taurine supps.

pct clomid and nolva

i know the doses are low on the one rip but it still giving me 510mg of compound a week so would i benifit much from it??ive also heard that you dont need to use large amounts of tren to see results is this true?

my goal is to lose some bf and gaing some lean mass my diet is as follows

Wake 6.30 am Strong black coffee

4 mile walk (mountain walk so quite strenuous for a walk)

7.30 breakfast 30g oats no milk, 4 egg whites + 2 whole eggs scrambled, 32.4/24.5/13

10.00 100g chicken breast, cup oats, green tea 32.1/22.5/5.2

12.30 20g whey protein powder in water 20/4/1

15.00 180g tuna,30g quinoa.33.5/23.5/2.9

45 mins pre workout 100g chicken breast, cup of oats, green tea 32.1/22.5/5.2

45 mins intense weight training

Immediately post workout 40g whey protein powder + 5g glutamine + half cup oats in water and bananna 45.4/28.5/2.1

Evening meal 60 mins later 100g chicken breast + mixed vegetables tspn olive oil 27/2/5.1

22.00 200g cottage cheese 27.5/7.2/3.8

TOTAL 250/134.2/38.3

do you think this is all in check?
