D7M is correct, priming will create the right environment for muscle tissue to grow straight from the start of the cycle and is very important to short cycling, the muscle receptors will get very excitable and once you start flooding your system with and androgens and food you will start seeing increases in muscle mass. I would go with 6-8 weeks priming and listen to the body daily and adjust accordingly.
IMHO I would drop the primo, reason being you have no idea how you react to it and you dont know if that dose will do anything for you, its one of those compounds you need to experiment with I didn't care much for it until I went over 1g then I started to see nice small lean gains,
I do think you could knock the test up to 700-750mg per wk, leave the primo out of it and run either tbol or var, from your history I would pick tbol that's just because you have used it before and you know how you react.You seem to still be making good gains with your cycles so test and an oral should be fine IMHO.
