Post cycle help

Just finished my cycle of anadrol sust and deca 10 week cycel i only did anadrol for the first 4 weeks and seca and sust the whole time. I did 500 mg of each a week but the last 2 did 775 mg sust and 500mg deca now im done. How long should i wait until i start my clomid and nolvadex ??

PCT should start the day you finish your cycle. I prefer to take tamox citrate after week 3 daily until completion of my cycle.

why would he want to start PCT one day after he stops the cycle, when he's using long esters, which will still be clearing his system at that point.

If you're taking nolva during your cycle, that's not quite the same as POST cycle therapy .
