I got gyno from my last cycle, its not painful but I can feel the fat around my nipples. If I start another cycle this january 2011 will the gyno get worse or will it remain where it is now?

No one can say. Everyone is different
It may worsen, it may not.
Look into arimidex and the gyno sticky in this Q+A forum. Look to prevent and possibly treat your cause if that is your goal
