older woman and hgh
Hey guys I got a question for ya.
I have an elderly friend (50) who has an autoimmune disease lupus. Anyway her life is basically shit because of it and its symptoms. I have read that hgh really helps lupus and makes it asymptomatic sometimes. So I got her some but I am wondering about dosing. She also has a knee injury (torn acl and patella damage) that will not heal because of her disease.
Anyway so I was thinking dose her at 2 ius per day everyday. I would guess she can start seeing/feeling better after 2 months or so minimum. what do you think?

I would start her lower for awhile....then go slowly up
I started at 2 units and fell asleep all day...so I lowered my dose to .5 and then moved back up slowly. If she is too tired she might not like it. Also...I love taking it at night at bedtime since it really helps me SLEEP so much better----great dreams---and okay for her age to dose at night instead of AM.
I wish her well! Really do.Last edited by SlimmerMe; 09-09-2010 at 06:12 PM.
