Whats better a 22g 1.5/or a 20g 1.5?Or does it not matter in the least?

Depends where your injection site is. 22ga is ideal 1.5 for glutes and 1" for most everything else.

No, I will use a 25g 1.5inch to pin glutes. The question was which size should I use to draw the oil from the amp to make sure I get all the oil out.

Tilt the amp and you should be able to get it all out with either no problem. You can suck air wont cause an issue.
