1st cycle.. Just trying to get prepared
Ok this is what I have
2 vial of Test cypionate 250mg/ml
1 vial of Deca 300mg/ml
I am 31 yrs old weigh 212 and 15% Bf.
I have a couple questions. 1. What dosages do yall recommend? 2. With this stack should I be taking anything else thru the duration or just start the pct afterward? It will be a month or so before I start I just want to have everything ready and planned out before I do....I used to work out religiously when I was in the Army, was outta the game for a few yrs. Started hittin the gym again about 4 months ago Just lookin for some advice for some decent gains. Thanks in advance.

No hurry at all, just had the opportunity to pick it up and did.... As far as Pct Im reading through the forums right now, My supplier suggested nolvadex but was kinda vague sounding on his knowledge on it... theres alot of back and forths on the pcts.. I just want to do this the safest way possible.. Alot of my friends hopped on gear right out of high school and theyre payin for it now.. As far as food goes I agree.. Without a solid diet you arent gonna get phenominal gains.. Ill post up the diet that I have been following when I get off work and see what yall think.

Not gonna advise you other than this. 1 vial of deca is not enough, plus in a first cycle most people recommend just test only. Deca has to be run for quite a while and you don't have enough to get much from it. Save the deca. y

With what you have the best cycle would be test only @ 500/week. Plus if you have only been back in action for 4 months you are far from cycle ready and that will not be up in one month. So you are 212 @ 15% bf, how tall and what do you have planned for your pct? What are your macros looking like right now, also are you going to get in case you start to get some sides & if you do run the deca , which I seriously hope you do not, what about the 19nor sides?

I agree with the above.
4 months back in the gym is not nearly enough time to start jumping on AAS.
Give it some time, rebuild those muscles, and in the meantime spend some time on here researching about cycles (start with test only), PCTs (we have an entire PCT forum), Ancillaries (AI, and way to prevent and treat Estrogen Related Side Effects).

First cycle test only.. Not advisable to run deca first cycle is what i was saying

No its not... This board and its vets advise a Test ONLY cycle for first timers. This is to see how you react to the most basic AAS and see what sides you get from each compound first. Deca is definatly not reccomended for a first timer.
OP - You have only been back in the gym for 4 months, you are risking getting injured if you hop on the juice now. Like somebody else said lets see an average day of food for you, list portion size and macros please.

Here is the diet plan that I am currently trying.. I switch out on the canned tuna sometimes with canned chicken or turkey just to break it up a little.. And I work a swing shift from nights to days so the times arent always the same but i do it in the same order wether it be am or pm..
7:45 250 ml of egg whites
2 small tortillas, mushrooms, fat free cheese & salsa
1 English muffin with no sugar added jam & peanut butter
15 gm of whey protein
25 gm of oatmeal
10:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
15 ml of flax seed oil
12:45 8 eggs & green onion & light mayo (makes an egg salad)
3 pieces of whole-wheat bread w/ ham
1 banana
15 gm of whey protein
1 yogurt
3:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
15 ml of flax seed oil
5:15 120 gm of steak
20 gm of whey protein
Mustard
50 gm of carrots
5 ml of flax seed oil
1 HOUR TRAINING START 6:00PM to 7:00PM
7:15 60 gm of whey
5 rice cakes (caramel flavored)
1 apple
2.5 ml of flaxseed oil
9:30 125 gm of cottage cheese
15 gm of whey protein
1 no sugar added fat free yogurt

Look drop the deca and the cycle looks fine
do you research on pct, then post your pct plan for feedback
post your diet in diet forum also for critique
you still have more research to do before you cycle.
Gather all the info you can then come back and post your cycle and people will advise you from there.

Deca is dropped! As far as Pct I am still reading.. I just read an in depth post that had this pct in it

Almost forgot... The diet forum is where I actually got the diet from a couple months ago.. I read his post and liked what people were saying about it.. Gotta start looking for a new one though.. something to alternate with..lol

Just think about your health before you take any gear.....
Deca for a first timer will not be a smart move at all.....

I googled hcg and alot of diet programs popped up. Is this the hcg that they are referring to in the pct regimin?

Yes it is the same BUT the HCG used in the Hcg diet protocols is a variation of the HCG form used for cycles, and in a much smaller dose.
