Puffy nipples on Test-E/Dbol ?

Im currently on week 4 of my 10-week cycle. I will stop taking dbol tomorrow. I ran Test-E at 650-700mg/week.

Today i noticed that my nipples are puffy. They dont sore and i dont have any lumps. What should I do now?

Hahaha, your pic is pro.
Maybe start using Nolvadex at 10mg , or Adex.

I would have ran an AI from day one. Something like ARIMIDEX ,,AROMASIN and LETROZOLE . Its still not too late.

An estrogen blocker would be ideal in your case such as femara or Arimidex . You should start on a higher dose at first just for week to bring things under control, and then use a quarter or the tab(tab = 2.5mg) every second day.
