    What happened to the Clen sides?

    I used some clen about 6 months ago for 2 weeks i ramped up to 100MCG per day and never exceeded that. I was very shaky for the first 3-4 hours of the day, always hot, i got headaches and cramped up a lot.


    Now im running a 2 week cycle again im on day 5. I'm already up to 100MCG for a couple of days and have not noticed any of the side effects at all. Its the same clen, exact same bottle. My hands really dont even shake anymore, should i ramp up to around 120-140?

    I do not experience side effects from clen either, perhaps your body got used to it.
    Some people have gone higher, but I wouldn't suggest going higher than 120mcg.

    ^Agreed. You shouldn't need to go over 120mcg/ED to see results.

    And just because you don't have sides doesn't mean it's not working.

    Thanks. i just remember reading if your hands are shaking the clen is working. I also took my body temp several times and it wasnt elevated

    Shaking hands aren't necessarily an indication of bunk clen .

    You need to take your waking temp a week before you start clen, then compare that with your waking temp on clen.

    You should see a .5-1.0 F change its legit clen.
