Have never cycled before first timer, training i do mostly MMA but lift 6-8 times a week, goals to just get lil more bulky n cut n strength n no idea of pct up for suggestions
Real you need to do research, plain and simple. You have to have at the very minimum an understanding of the compounds and how they react inside you, otherwise when sides start popping up you will have no clue what to do and be in a panic. For this very reason you should start with ONE compound and see how your body handles it and build from there. Starting off on 3 is bad bad bad news. And as far as PCTs go there are stickies and threads that cover a to z, read up.
Before we get to that let me ask you about your history. I see you said you are in mma but what about your lifting history? How long have you been lifting, and out of that time how long have you been SERIOUSLY lifting? What about diet? I'm sure your diet is ok, but ok does not cut it, ya know?
yea i get it..been lifting since i was in 9th grade so about 12 years and alot of MMA training - as in SERIOUS lifting; i lift pretty dmn hard i do each muscle group for least hour an half every day - like one day do tris for hour and half++(For example) and my diet is pretty beast eat mainly Grill chicken on salads, Tuna, Salmon, shrimp alot of all those and eat probly 5-6 meals adays, lots of vegetables everyday n i take GNC vitamins and things..
Ok, I would head over to the diet forum and research diets in there or you can post up your diet (in detail) and we will critique it and make suggestions. I have seen worse diets but yours is not great. Second I would get into the workout forum and research the different workout programs. I'm not saying you don't know what you are doing when it comes to weight lifting but I am saying that it sounds like there is room for improvement.
To get as close to your natural genetic potential/limit is the goal before anyone should consider using any type of AAS. To do that one needs at least 3 to 5 years of serious training and dieting, otherwise your cycle will be a waste.
With all that being said you stated you have test 300, what ester is it? Is it test susp, test prop, test eth or test cyp? There are others but these are the most common.
i will deff hit it up preciate the advise but the formula is PROPIONATE, PHENILPROPIONATE, ISOCAPROATE, DECANOATE TESTOSTERONES. if that means anything - and i have it on hand ill do more research before i juice but just trying to figure out right dosage - what would you consider
