    wrong forum buuuut

    I normally appaul posting shit in the wrong forum...but I was hoping for some answers to help me a bit quicker to round out my diet planning for my last 6 weeks.

    I'm 197 now...or roughly in that area...

    I have 6 weeks left until my bet day...well roughly 6 weeks 2 days.

    I've searched and searched this board for hours....

    There are tons of variations on how to DROP WATER

    My problem is this...

    I'm going to be steppingon an electrostatic scale (not by choice, by bet constraints) and if that is way off, then we go to calipers...

    Will dropping water help or hinder this (the bet is for lowest bodyfat)


    I wanna be as dry as possible...and there are a few benefits to this as opposed to a show... I'm going to be taking my last shot of winny on the bet day...so i'll get it in my system on the day of the bet

    we are taking all the measurements at night...around 5:30 or 6i'm assuming..


    I want my bodyfat to be as low as possible for this time....

    i'm bustin my ass on the cardio and diet...the water is the only thing I have not taken into consideration...that and how to diet those last few days...i'm guessing it changes in what I can eat and what not...

    I know some bodybuilders chose to eat baby food right before a contest.. I don't know if that could help you out or not. Probably make you shit out liquid.. LOL.. Good luck man..

    if you really want to drop bf then i would suggest eliminating as many carbs from your diet as possible. this isn't earth shattering news, however it works like a charm for me...just make sure you still get enough calories so you don't burn any of the muscle you have gained on your fina/prop

    i appreciate the advice....

    as i said before, my diet has been spot on for 10 weeks, now DIET AND CARDIO are not the problem...

    i'm trying to round out the ending of my 16 week cutting plan

    Water and diet the last week are the only variables left

    I'll take a shot at it!

    People please correct me if I am wrong! If I'm not mistaken electrostatic scales measure the amount of resistance in a persons body. Depending on how they operate will determine what kind of reading you get. If more resistance equals more bf then you would want to retain water because water provides a very low amount of resistance.

    This statement of course comes from the extreme lack of knowledge about electrostatic scales so therefore disregard it as truth and just tell me to shut the fuck up!

    bump for some help with this...

    I have found something...but not sure...

    It's a 1 week water cutting...well actually it's a 5 days out water cutting plan

    goes like this..

    5 days out 1 gal in day 16 cups
    4 days out 1/2 gal in day 8 cups
    3 days out 1/2 8 cups
    2 days out 1/4 4 cups
    1 day out 1/8 2 cups
    day of bet 1 cup all day *in the am*

    Kuni...bro..you say you are on a 16 week cutting plan...yet the cycle that you have posated that you say you are on looks to be a 6 week cycle? Am I not seeing something correctly?

    wording is the problem


    i'll be cutting for 16 weeks total...been 10 weeks in at this point...the last 7 weeks, consist of the cycle...(fina/Winn) Clen has been ran since week 2 in the proper fashion

    i would die without drinking agua like a camel every day...2 cups for an entire day!!!! my throat is getting dry just thinking about that...im going to get something to drink
