I normally appaul posting shit in the wrong forum...but I was hoping for some answers to help me a bit quicker to round out my diet planning for my last 6 weeks.
I'm 197 now...or roughly in that area...
I have 6 weeks left until my bet day...well roughly 6 weeks 2 days.
I've searched and searched this board for hours....
There are tons of variations on how to DROP WATER
My problem is this...
I'm going to be steppingon an electrostatic scale (not by choice, by bet constraints) and if that is way off, then we go to calipers...
Will dropping water help or hinder this (the bet is for lowest bodyfat)
I wanna be as dry as possible...and there are a few benefits to this as opposed to a show... I'm going to be taking my last shot of winny on the bet day...so i'll get it in my system on the day of the bet
we are taking all the measurements at night...around 5:30 or 6i'm assuming..
I want my bodyfat to be as low as possible for this time....
i'm bustin my ass on the cardio and diet...the water is the only thing I have not taken into consideration...that and how to diet those last few days...i'm guessing it changes in what I can eat and what not...
