When I 1st started m-drol i weighed 187lbs with my ever consistent 4-pack showing fairly well. Bench: 205x8 for 4sets, Squat 245x8 4sets, wide grip pulldown 165x8 4sets. 4weeks later after cycle results are as follows. 208lbs, looks like i put on mayb 2 or 3 lbs of fat. I think it is just water retention when i wake up in the morn that extra bit is not there til i drink the water back. Lifts: Bench 250x8 for 4sets, Squat 305x8 4sets, Wide grip pulldown 210x8 4sets.
I have extremely good genetics, so i think it assisted quite a bit lol, but regardless the results for my first time anabolic and only after 4 weeks was extremely impressive. The major notice in strength was my wide grip pulldowns. At only the second week i had went from 165-200. 35lbs in 1 week. IT was intese persay. the m-drol seemed to kick my back into action my back is the most noticably different thing other than my shoulders. I noticed on the 4th week the side effects started occuring. slightly enlarged nipples, back pumps almost all day and acne. I did decide to try upping the dosage to 30 in the 4th week tho so that could be the source most likely.

generally a healthy diet. Either way if I did eat a cheat meal i made sure i was getting enough protein and as many complex carbs as i could.
Also post workout i had 100g simple sugars mixed with my 40g whey. tasted like ass but easiest way to get the carbs i needed after workout.
